Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all street addresses within Namibia. Please note, Door to Door Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Processing & Delivery Times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-21 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship Bulk Orders from Cape Town to Namibia every second Friday. Orders are expected to arrive by us on the following Monday, We then arrange for door to door delivery within the same day.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer the following shipping methods for orders from Cape Town to Namibia:
Cape Town to Namibia (5-10 business days): Flat Rate – N$ 600.00 Includes Door to Door Courier fees.
FREE Shipping (5-21 business days): Free Shipping on all Orders over N$ 6000.00
Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping outside of Namibia at this time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a Order ID. You can track your order’s progress by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your Order ID and email address. All Order updates will be posted on this page.
Shipping Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
